Participation in California State Teacher Retirement System (CALSTRS) for school sites in California.
Full-time employees (working at least 30 hours per week) are entitled to insurance benefits. These insurance benefits include medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, and AFLAC. After the first 30 days of employment, a defined company contribution toward an eligible employee’s company-sponsored insurance premiums will be offered. This company contribution amount is determined annually.
Eligible employees will also be covered under an insurance policy that includes life, short-term disability, and long-term disability at no cost to the full-time employee.
